Wander & Ink Press Refund Policy

Because our printed products are made to order and our digital products are delivered electronically, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item or no longer needing the product.

Damaged or defective printed orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wanderinkpress.com

Please include:

• Your name and order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

• A photograph of the shipping label, when available

Once the damage or defect is verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a refund for the affected item.

Lost printed orders

An order may be considered lost when it has not arrived within the carrier’s expected delivery window and tracking has not updated for 10 business days.

Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the tracking information and, when the shipment is confirmed lost, send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Wander & Ink Press is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer or packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. We will, however, help customers initiate a carrier investigation when possible.

Digital products

Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged. If you experience a missing download, corrupted file or technical issue, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will resend or replace the file. A digital item that has already been downloaded is not eligible for a refund.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Wander & Ink Press offers print-on-demand products and instantly delivered digital products. Please review the delivery information below before placing your order.

Print-on-Demand Products

Our physical books, card decks and other printed items are created especially for you after your order is placed. Because products are made on demand, processing time is separate from shipping time.

Processing Time

Most print-on-demand orders are produced within 3–7 business days. Production may take longer during holidays, new-product launches or periods of unusually high demand.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Estimated Shipping Times

After production, estimated delivery times are:

• United States standard shipping: 3–10 business days

• Expedited shipping: Based on the option displayed at checkout

• International shipping: 2–6 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Multiple Shipments

Products may be printed by different production partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Because print-on-demand orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is submitted.

Wander & Ink Press is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the printer or publisher, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Lost Packages

A package may be considered lost when it has not arrived within the carrier’s expected delivery window and tracking has not updated for at least 10 business days.

Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and include your name and order number. If the carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the affected item.

Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are not automatically considered lost. Please check with household members, neighbors and the local carrier first. We will assist with a carrier investigation whenever possible.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your printed product arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly printed, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.

Once the issue is verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a refund for the affected item.

Digital Products and Automatic Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.

After payment is successfully completed, your download will be made available automatically through the order-confirmation page and/or an email sent to the address entered during checkout. Most digital orders are available within a few minutes, although confirmation emails may occasionally be delayed by payment processing or email filters.

Please check your spam, junk and promotions folders if you do not see the download email.

Customers are responsible for confirming that their device and software are compatible with the file type listed in the product description before purchasing.

Digital Delivery Problems

If your download link is missing, does not work or you receive a corrupted file, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Include your name, order number and the email address used at checkout. We will resend the download link or provide a replacement file.

Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, digital purchases cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded after the files have been downloaded. Refunds will not be provided because a customer changed their mind, purchased the wrong product or lacks compatible software.

Customs and Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are not controlled by Wander & Ink Press.
