Welcome to Wander & Ink Press. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of wanderinkpress.com and your purchase of our coloring books, journals, planners, digital downloads, and other products.

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. About Wander & Ink Press

Wander & Ink Press creates and sells coloring books, journals, planners, printable materials, digital products, and related creative goods. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Wander & Ink Press. References to “you” and “your” mean the website visitor or customer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order through our website. By making a purchase, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use your selected payment method.

3. Products and Availability

We make every effort to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, page counts, and images as accurately as possible. However:

• Colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

• Product appearance may vary slightly due to printing or manufacturing processes.

• Lifestyle images and mockups may include decorative items that are not included with your purchase.

• Products may be changed, updated, discontinued, or limited in availability without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel a product listing containing an error.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We reserve the right to change prices or promotions at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Promotional codes:

• Must be entered during checkout.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Cannot be applied to past purchases.

• May be limited by product, date, or order amount.

• Cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. We may cancel or refuse an order because of product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or incorrect customer information.

Because many physical products are printed or produced on demand, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once production begins, an order cannot usually be changed or canceled.

6. Physical Products and Shipping

Many Wander & Ink Press physical products are produced and shipped by third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment partners.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of production schedules, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.

You are responsible for confirming that your device and software can open the listed file type before purchasing. Due to the immediate delivery and nature of digital content, digital purchases are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except where required by law or when the file is defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.

If you experience a technical problem, contact us so we can help you access the files.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

All sales are final except for products that arrive damaged, contain a manufacturing defect, or are confirmed lost in transit.

To request assistance, contact us within 14 days of delivery for damaged or defective products. Please provide:

• Your name and order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label

For a package believed to be lost, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed. We may ask you to confirm the shipping address or complete other reasonable carrier-related steps.

When a claim is approved, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Normal variations in color, minor differences from website images, buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, and incorrectly supplied addresses do not qualify as damage or manufacturing defects.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Personal-Use License for Digital Products

Unless a product listing clearly includes a commercial license, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may:

• Download and use the product for your own personal purposes.

• Print reasonable copies for your own personal use.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the files.

• Upload the files to another website, platform, shared drive, marketplace, or membership library.

• Claim the artwork or designs as your own.

• Use the files to create products for sale.

• Alter the files and then sell or distribute the altered versions.

• Use the artwork, designs, or files to train artificial intelligence systems or machine-learning models.

• Remove copyright, credit, branding, or ownership notices.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its artwork, content, or intellectual-property rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content and products—including illustrations, coloring pages, photographs, graphics, logos, product names, written content, downloads, designs, and branding—are owned by or licensed to Wander & Ink Press and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

“Wander & Ink Press” and its associated logos and branding may not be used without written permission.

No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited except as expressly permitted in writing.

11. Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
